In the year 2000, Leaders around the World came together and drafted 8 goals called the Millennium Development Goals, which aim to end poverty by 2015.The 8 goals, had specific yearly targets for every country to achieve. The Leaders didn't keep their promise and they fell short of these targets every year.
This campaign aims to call all citizens to Stand Up and Ask their Governments to KEEP Their PROMISE. To remind them of their Commitments to END POVERTY.
As time is running out, there is a urgent need to SPEED UP the Act. To SPEED UP, so that these targets are achieved.
